The first contractor carried out a Mechanical Polished Floor - The owners were not happy

The second contractor applied a waterbased sealer twice - The owners were not happy

This is the result of grinding off the topical sealer and polishing the floor

This showroom floor was completed as a mechanical polished floor to a 400 grit finish

The owners request was for a shiny showroom quality floor

The floor was porous, lacked grout, had no shine and 30 grit diamond scratches on all edges

We were contracted to get a shine on the floor and make presentable at minimal cost
